I wish it to be known amongst Kindred of my domain that the following have performed their duties to my satisfaction and moreso have conducted themselves in a manner which I have seen fit to raise them.
Master Leighton - For his assumption of the role of Sheriff and his superlative conduct in seeing this position carried out.
Miss Flowers - Her dutiful investigation of the problems which plague my domain has not gone unnoticed and she shall be held in esteem by her fellows.
Master Ozymandias - Has performed his duties in the service of the city, in particular his work in preparing the assault on Destiny city, commendably.
Master Karpov - Will be raised in the eyes of his fellows for his deeds in service of the city.
